Visitors to the Los Angeles Auto Show this month were in for a treat. Jeep® automakers used the opportunity to introduce the most capable midsize truck ever - the all-new 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Like every Jeep truck or SUV from a classic Jeep Wrangler to a 2019 Jeep Cherokee, the 2020 Jeep Gladiator combines rugged abilities, versatility, and an instantly recognizable Jeep design.

Each year, popular magazine Motor Trend announces their "Of The Year" awards. These awards recognize the best of the best each year across a variety of categories. This year, two of the models we have right here at Heritage Dodge Chrysler Jeep® RAM Owing Mills were honored with these prestigious awards.

 A couple weeks ago, we talked about minivans, one of the most popular choices for families. Today we want to talk about another great choice for families, along with outdoor enthusiasts, pet owners, and more. We're talking of course about the SUV! Our dealers want to compare one of our most beloved models, the 2019 Jeep® Grand Cherokee, with a more recent addition to the SUV market, the Toyota Highlander.

For 24 years, the TQI study collects information from drivers about their new vehicles. Drivers reported back on problems with the vehicle, quality evaluations, and more. Once the results were analyzed, the TQI report was released. This year, Dodge, Jeep®, and RAM models all scored high. 

Last month, the third annual list of the 10 Best User Experiences was released by WardsAuto. Each year, the editors evaluate 25 vehicles and assess factors from infotainment systems, driver assist features, user friendliness, and more. This year, the 2019 RAM 1500 made the list, an honor that recognizes the hard work RAM automakers have put in to making a truly remarkable truck.

Every year, automotive research firm AutoPacific collects and analyzes data from tens of thousands of new car owners, and uses it to determine standouts across a variety of categories for their "Ideal Vehicle Awards." This year, 2018 Jeep® , Chrysler, and Dodge models all topped their categories, meaning we have three "Ideal" models right here waiting for our local drivers.

As many of our Baltimore area customers have probably noticed, the ride industry has undergone something of a revolution recently.
