Good Housekeeping Names 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Best New Hybrid

While it might be a slight exaggeration to say that everyone loves the new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and 2018 Chrysler Pacific Hybrid, the minivan continues to win laundry lists of awards for a variety of reasons from a variety of publications. Now we can add Good Housekeeping to the list, since they recently named the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid their Best New Car award winner in the Hybrid category.

"As America's first-ever and only hybrid minivan, it is by definition a one-of-a-kind, no-compromise family vehicle," said Laurie Jennings, Deputy Editor & Director of the Good Housekeeping Institute. "Offering all the qualities of the well-received gas model, the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid displays substantial real-world electric range for most driver's daily commutes, great fuel economy when operating as a hybrid and plenty of room for families."

While most people see Good Housekeeping as a lifestle magazine instead of a car magazine, few would disagree that Car and Driver is a reputable auto publication, and they were integral in helping the Good Housekeeping Institute wade through all of the research to provide their readers with information on the cars, SUVs and minivans most likely to fit their needs and the needs of their families.

With an EPA-estimated rating of 84 MPGe and 33 miles of all-electric range, this is quite easily the greenest minivan on the market today, so if you are interested in taking a look at it (or any of the JeepĀ® SUVs, Dodge cars or RAM trucks that we sell here at Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Owings Mills), come pay us a visit any time and we'll be happy to get you behind the wheel. You'll see very quickly why Good Housekeeping and Car and Driver love this hybrid minivan so much!
